Assisted Living at St. Anthony Village
Assisted living at St. Anthony Village is tailored to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of residents who
need help in order to maintain their independence. It is our goal to support each resident in a way that celebrates his or her
dignity, individuality and autonomy. We strive to provide a home-like setting in which a resident can enjoy choices of daily routines in the privacy
of an apartment setting. Since no two residents have the same needs we offer three levels of assistance tailored to an individual's needs. Furthermore,
since the requirments of residents often change over time we offer a flexible program whereby services may be increased or decreased as circumstances change.
The Apartments
St. Anthony Village offers 86 assisted-care apartments of both one-bedroom and studio designs. Each apartment includes
individualized heating and air conditioning, an emergency call system, ample closet space, wide doors, large bathrooms
equipped with handicap railing, and a kitchenette.

Our Diverse Payment Plan
St. Anthony Village is proud to offer our services and apartments to seniors of varying financial means. We consider
it integral to our mission to serve seniors of diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Moreover, in accordance with our
Christian faith we have teamed up with the Medicaid and Federal Affordable Housing programs in order to be able to offer
housing and care to those seniors who need it most. Consequently, 83 percent of our apartments are set aside for low-income eligible seniors.
