independent retired people. Health-related services (such as assisted
living, health care and home health care) are a very important part of the
services offered at St. Anthony's Village, but are available only "if and
when" you need them.
Villa St. Margaret offers contract options to
meet your needs. You decide which option is right for you. We require no
buy-ins or large, up-front fees.
You are the only person that can make the decision to move into Villa St. Margaret. However, your children, financial advisors,
attorneys, and others may be concerned. Once they understand everything the Village offers, we are confident they will agree with your decision.
