The Apartments
The newest addition to St. Anthony Village, Senior Leisure Apartments (now Villa St. Margaret) opened its door in early March of 2003, offering active,
independent seniors maintenance -free 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Each apartment offers individualized heating and air conditioning,
ample closet space, wide doors, large bathrooms equipped with handicap railing, and kitchens complete with a refrigerator, oven range,
and extensive cupboards.
Community laundry rooms are conveniently located on the 1st and 3rd floors. Individual washer/dryer units are available for those
residents whose apartments are located on the 2nd and 4th floors.
Freedom and Independence
Trained and supervised staff is available to do chores such as maintenance, yard work, and heavy housecleaning
that you no longer wish to do. Hiring and supervising staff is management's concern so you don't have to worry
about finding and overseeing workers.
Friends and activities are nearby and assistance is available if and when you need it at St. Anthony Village.
You won't have to give up your freedom and independence, you will continue to make your own decisions and be
free to come and go as you please. You give up the burden of home ownership chores in exchange for quality
services and the opportunity to use your time for the things you enjoy.
Village Opportunities
At St. Anthony Village we encourage our independent seniors to take part in all facets of Village life. Independent residents are encouraged to join their Village neighbors in taking advantage of our dining facilities. We offer flexible meal plans in an attempt to meet the needs and desires of our seniors. Residents are also encouraged to participate in the worship services and parish activities of St. Anthony Catholic Church, our Village activities program and our gardening facilities that feature easy-to-access raised garden beds. For our senior residents who love gardening, individual garden spaces are available. We also offer such additional services as housekeeping, on-site beauty salon and a quaint and homey coffee shop.
Villa St. Margaret is designed for active, independent retired people. Health-related services (such as assisted living, health care and home health care) are a very important part of the services offered at St. Anthony's Village, but are available only "if and when" you need them.
Affordability
Villa St. Margaret offers contract options to meet your needs. You decide which option is right for you. We require no buy-ins or large, up-front fees.
Pets
You and your pet are welcome to tour and let us answer all of your
questions. We have areas where your beloved pet is free to explore. A
non-refundable pet fee is required.
